Up for sale is a black squier Agathis vm 1977 Jazz body loaded.
I played it with the stock neck and a moses graphite J, to me it sounds halfway between and alder and swamp ash Jazz Bass, and really kills the 70's sound, very thick and smooth funk tone. Medium weight I'd say
It has a BWB pg, chrome hardware, duncan designed j pickups unmolested.
It is in fantastic shape save one scuff mark that is about a 1/2 long on the lower bout, by the control plate, it is hard to get it to show up well in photos so it looks a little weird with the lighting. If you are not the type of person who needs every mint it will not even be noticable to you.
