These are the stock pickups outta my MIM DLX J. Pulled em to run single coils. These are a little mellow, even vintage sounding, but completely silent. I need all of the aggro I can get from my Jazzes, so I run QPs and Ultra J's.
The way these were installed at the factory, the hots ran to the pots, but the negatives ran to a star ground, and thus, are a bit shorter. They came this way from the factory. There's plenty of lead left to attach another length of wire, but to run it all the way to a pot might be iffy.
The flatwork is a little tarnished, but I'll include brand spankin new pickup screws with em.
