FS: SX fretless Jazz neck with epoxied fingerboard I defretted this SX Jazz neck and then coated it in epoxy. I radius sanded it smooth to 2400 grit and it plays really well - I'm just realizing that I'm not a fretless guy. I'd rather put a fretted neck back on the body this comes from. I installed a Hipshot string retainer and replaced the nut with a Tusq one. Here are the dimensions: Total length: 33 5/16" Width of the neck at the nut: 1 5/8" Width of the neck at the 12th fret: 2 1/4" Thickness of the neck at the first fret: 7/8" Thickness of the neck at the 12th fret: 15/16" Radius: 14" Neck pocket: 2 1/2" wide x 3/4" deep (not counting the fingerboard) Pre-cut holes for tuners: 1/2" in diameter I installed brass threaded inserts and will include the bolts on the off chance that they match up with your neck pocket holes. $50 shipped, CONUS. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
