an unloaded ((save for the nut)) SX jazz bass neck with the new headstock. Honestly, this is a really nice neck. The headstock isn't so bad in person, it has really interesting grain, and plays really nice. I was a little upset that I paid $50 for a neck with the old headstock after getting this, but that neck was nice as well, so on it went and off this came. It can be yours for dirt cheap and would be perfect for modding.

A set of SX((Essex)) standard jazz bass pots/pickups. These pickups actually sound amazing. They'd still be in my SX if I weren't too heavy handed for them...Meaning((for full disclosure purposes)) that these pickups do have the common issue with extended polepieces that many SX basses have. Note: I play really, really hard. Forcing myself to play more reasonably, the pole pieces were not an issue. These pickups are pure tone bliss.

Additionally! Practically brand new set of medium gauge GHS Pressurewounds ((44-106)). Cut to standard j/p bass length, used for a practice, taken off. They sound great, but as with any GHS string I've tried, they just weren't for me.
