Further clarification: standard scale, according to your question. The place I get my strings from specifies short/medium, long, and super-long, so they would be long by those standards.

If you say they are cut for a Fender 4-in-line tuners you will get a quick sale. I didn't see where you mentioned what kind of bass they were installed on. Good luck with the sale!

They were indeed cut for a Fender. Took 'em off a P Bass.
