FS: Tonefactor Hellbaby Boost/OD, Very Rare

Sign in to disble this ad
Not many of these made. It's in Excellent to Mint Condition. Included are the original box and instructions.

It's a dirty boost with a TON of output. Two knobs, Boost and Volume. With it at 9'oclock, it is unity for my passive jazz. If you crank the boost, you can get a Really nice overdrive from it, very unique sounding and different from a cream pie.

WARNING - turn the volume and boost all the way down before turning it on, and adjust up from there. you can seriously blow an amp with this thing. it's got juice for days.

$150 shipped

I take Paypal and Money Order. I ship USPS and No Trades.

I owned this before Mark, and I bought it new. It was Brad at Tonefactor's last unit, that he was going to keep, but graciously sold to me. It is the last out of 25 ever made.

As Mark said, it's really unique sounding, and works great as a medium gain distortion, or a really dirty boost. It's quite transparent, and literally sounds like a layer of grit over the top of your tone. No low end loss either, from what I remember.

The Boost knob works just like a Gain control, and volume, well...That's pretty obvious. This thing is SERIOUSLY LOUD. Volume knob at 8 o'clock was Unity gain for my active basses. Anywhere past 12 o'clock and not only will you blow your amp, but everyone's ear drums too

A good opportunity to own a rare and unique pedal here - and Mark is an amazing guy and seller, don't hesitate to deal with him!

I still have mine love it, best boost if you own a tube amp.

There is no louder boost and I've never heard anything with it's unique tone.

never tried a polish love. as Higgie and Tayste said above, it doesn't sound like anything else. it's a very unique and original tone.

Completely different pedal

http://www.grygrx.net/Pedal%20Review...20Hellbaby.mp3

Does no one read the wiki anymore?

It's a dirty boost, it can be reasonably clean or it can just hammer the crap out of your amp, my clip isn't great because it's using SS gear but I love mine with my tube amps and I bought it back at more than I sold it for because NOTHING gets the sound this thing gets.

Bob McBroom I think, it was the other half of Pedalworx and nothing in pedalworx's line up sounds like it either.

I maybe wrong with the name but it is defo the one who retired from pedalworx.

Also he's a bit of a $%*&
