Not leaving "good enough alone" and trying to mess with different speaker/cab setups, I wound up buying these for my SWR 2x10. I realized that I liked the subdued and vintage sound of the Legend BP 102's in it driven by my SVT (atop a 4x10) over the super clean and hi-fi sound these 2510's deliver.
Don't get me wrong, these are awesome speakers, but not so much for me.
Everyone knows these are probably the best 10" driver you can get today. 8-ohms each (the only way they come)
I paid $110 each for these (I haven't seen them for any less online), selling for
$95 each shipped conus in original boxes; price is firm - that's
$30 less than you'd normally pay for two...and these are as good as new (hey, that rhymes).
I've had these in my SWR for about 2 weeks and never driven above #1 on the volume knob of my BX500.
