Bump for a great bag. I even use mine to carry a single, it's that light. Great storage and protection.

I'm having a hard time finding info on these. Does this have thick foam on the inside, or are there hard plastic inserts around the top/bottom with foam, or... ?

I may be buying a small car soon moving from a large station wagon, so something like this would be perfect if I thought it would provide ample protection.

This is not a hybrid bag. Its lighter weight and gives the most
protection you can get from a conventional bag. Very dense,
thick foam. Not the softer type foam.
Perhaps do a search in "miscellaneous" for "gig bag". Lots of
info and opinions.
The best deal I've seen is from Bass Central at $215.+ shipping

Bump for great gig bag

These are great bags. I've had mine 5-6 years, been to hundreds of gigs and is still in excellent condition.

I've used my single bags for 7 years. They look almost new.

After a few years, the zipper on my single crapped out. Sent it in and Undercover sent me a new one for free. I was so happy to have my great bag back again. So bump for the excellent protection and customer service.
