If he got it from Tim, otherwise known as Custom Guitar Bodies, there's a 90% chance that there's something wrong with it. I bought 2 bodies from him a year or so ago and after I painted them in Nitro and put clear on them, I found that the pick up cut outs were too small and that they neck pick up was .5" too close to the neck. HE sent 2 replacements that also had problems. He also screwed up a custom order from a well known Talk Bass guy. I won't give out his name unless he wants to. I also know of someont who recently bought a body from him on Ebay and requested Alder. He received an ASH body that much have weighted several hundreds lbs,
, so he had to send it back to get the Alder. So far it has not arrived. Hopefully this body doesn't have any problems besides being quite heavy seeing that he uses standard Ash and not swamp ash. This does not reflect on the seller at all. I just wanted to give a heads up to the guy on Ebay.
