I'm trying to get some money together for another preamp that allows for passive and active control. This is the 9v. XTCT preamp that Greg used in his basses years ago. This particular one comes from a Petite built in '94. It has volume, blend, treble (cut and boost), mid (cut only), and Bass (cut and boost). The preamp sounds great with lots of character -woody and growly yet clear in the trebles and bass (mind you, this is paired with Bart Soaps and a Curbow bass). The preamp comes all wired and ready to go; just sodder your pickups and jack your done. I'll even include the black knurled knobs on it if you want them. $80 shipped within the states.

Just to be clear about the situation, if I don't get anything serious here, it will most likely be on Ebay in a couple days. I'm on a time constraint for the purchase of the other pre.
