FS: Villex Jazz Bass pickups 4 5

Sign in to disble this ad
Making a paradigm shift to soapbars. As a result, selling my Villex single coil J pickups.

These pickups can be used for 4 or 5 string basses...it's a blade design so as long as your strings fit within the width of the pickup, it's fine. I used them for both actually with no issues at all. Pickups are standard Jazz size (91mm, 94mm). Includes Villex mid control (unused).

New retail is $210. Figure $110 + shipping (let's say $5 CONUS)

Could you measure the mounting hole centers?

From each other or the edge?

There have been a few questions about the size of these pickups.

To be clear: they are standard Jazz bass size in every way.

From each other, not across the width of the pup but down the length. I know there are a couple of different sizes with the mounting holes differing in their positions.

Mounting holes C-C 33mm and 40mm respectively

They will fit a standard Jazz Bass rout.
