I've been holding on to these for a while to use in some effects pedal projects but maybe y'all can get some more use out of them...
(36) Motorola 2N2222A transistors, NPN, marked "M 2N2222A 052". $1 each, $25 shipped in the 48 for all.
(24) Motorola 2N4234 transistors, PNP, marked "M 2N4234 839". $1 each, $15 shipped in the 48 for all.
Buy any quantity of them and it's a flat $1 shipping in the 48.
