Here is a project I began but never finished. All you need to add is a preamp. I am including a Roscoe preamp that I just purchased here but the wires have become detached. IF you can solder them back, you will have a free preamp which is all the bass is lacking. The body is mahoghany hand carved by the previous owner. The neck is a Warmoth 5-string, maple with rosewood fretboard. Specs on the neck are: heel 2-3/4", nut 1-7/8", scale 34". It has Carvin tuners and a Wilkinson bridge. I used several coats of Tung oil for the finish. I am not a wood worker so the bass is rough in some areas and could use a little sanding or not if you prefer the handmade edgy look. I dont plan to sale seperate but if you insist the neck alone will be $200. The pickups installed are from my Yman, jazz and have the measurements of the pups Sadowsky uses whatever they are.
