Used Zoom H2 Handy Recorder

These recorder work fantastic for recording live performances or practices. Has 4 microphones located on both sides to allow mono, stereo, or full 360 degree recording that can be mixed to 5.1 surround.

I've used this unit for about 6 months and recently decided to switch to the new Q3 that allows video and audio recording.

Comes with mesh bag, small plastic tripod stand, screw in mic stand mount adapter, zoom power cord and 4GB SDHC Card rather than the 512mb card that came with it when new.

The ONLY issue with this unit is as follows:
After a gig where I was using the unit on a mix stand with the mic stand mount adapter screwed into the bottom of it, I put the whole unit in my back pocket. When I got into my truck I forgot it was there and it snapped off a portion of the bottom of the unit. (ya... smooth move). It however was a clean break and the plastic case piece super glued back in with no problem and I've been using it that way for 4 months now. (and keeping it out of my back pocket when entering the truck) The break and glueing does not effect the unit at all from a functional standpoint and the SDHC card pops in and out fine as it should.

$115 shipped via paypal.

Live performance clips recorded with this unit can be heard at http://reverbnation.com/murphyslaw

Perfect for musicians, journalists, podcasters, and more, the H2 records high-quality WAV and MP3 files to meet any professional need. You can record from the front at 90°, the rear of the unit at 120°, or you can record 360° to create a 5.1 mix of your audio.

The H2 records your audio onto easily-found SD flash cards with capacities up to 16GB. A 1GB card is included so you can begin recording right away. When a 4GB card is inserted, you can record up to 2 hours of audio at 96kHz, 6 hours at 44.1kHz, or up to 138 hours in MP3 format. The pocket-sized device runs on 2 standard AA batteries to provide up to 4 hours of continuous operation.

The intuitive interface provides you with one-button recording, along with auto start and gain functions.
