FT Bartolini NSTMB preamp

I just pulled this from a 98' Modulus Q6 w/ Lane Poors. These are used in Modulus and MTD's I believe.
Bartolini NSTMB 18v preamp still wired.
Vol
Blend
Treb/bass stacked-I think this is higher treble freq@ 10k and bass 30hz- pls. correct me if I'm wrong
Mid-unsure what freq, maybe 400hz
all eq are boost/cut
