To be honest, I have very little interest in getting rid of these, BUT....

I could be tempted for the right items.

These sound HUGE... big, fat, full tone. They are also rare to find sold apart from buying a vintage Jet Star Bass, Starfire Bass, etc. When you do find them, you can expect to pay $200 to $300 for EACH pickup . These are what Guild used to replaced the Hagstrom pickups (that Dark Stars are modeled after).

Anyway, I thought I'd put them out there and see if someone was interested in them.

Trades that I might consider. Fender Basses, vintage Fender bass parts (bodies, necks, pickups, etc), Jazz Bass necks (reissues), Tele Bass parts, Markbass heads (F1 especially), etc, etc. I'm not interested in anything with 5 or more strings. Nothing pointy.

Anyway, no guaranty that I'll trade - I love the way these pickups sound, and I can certainly use them.... but I thought I'd put the "feeler" out there just in case.

Do you know if the pickups the same size as the DStar pickups? (ie, would they fit the same route)

Not sure, as I don't know what the routing pattern is for the Dark Stars. Probably about the same, but no guarantees.
