I have a nice sturdy steel rack--it's 10u. It has a patchbay and a shelf included and even a security door. It's nice, but I changed my studio around and now I have no room for it! rats!
anyways, I am not looking for money for it, but I would love to trade even up for something smaller. I used it as my recording PC/outboard gear rig, but I went all VST rather than outboard gear and it doesn't fit in the new studio anyways. The computer is 3u, so I just need something to house that it. so a 4u would be great--it can be a rack bag, rackcase, whatever, just something to protect the computer and set my new mixer on top. I want to keep this in minneapolis as I don't really want to ship it (it's big and heavy) so if we could meet up around here or a suburb or something.
The only things I don't really want is a rack frame or a homebuilt rack case that is function over fashion (sorry I am like that!) |
