Gots me three Schaller pickups in my bass. One JBX jazz set (long and short) and one PBX Precision.
Jazz pickups are side-by-side humbuckers and have been around the block, but they work and sound great. Precision was purchased NOS and is just slightly used. Both have plenty of lead and adjustable pole pieces. They look alot like DiMarzio Model J/P pickups. Sound like them, too.
These are great pickups! Very punchy and cut through a dense mix nicely.
Looking for more "traditional" sounding pickups. What does that mean? Think 60's Fender-ish. If that makes sense.
