Yes, 13 hole screw pattern! Gold annodized aluminum pickguard 50's reissue style, but fits 60's and later Precisions. I've had this stored for several years now, I test fitted it on my 72 and 82 Precisions and a MIA 62RI to verify it fit, but did not keep it on any of them. I have no idea which company made it, and it has the holes for finger rest and chrome cover. I pictured it below installed on a 72 P, made it look like a 59. -Mike
