I have a set of Blue Steels that came with a bass I recently bought off of CL. They are brand new, unused/uncut. They only thing is the D string is missing. I have all of the original envelopes, but the .60 string one is empty.

I have absolutely no use for them since I am a nickel player and I like my string sets in full.

I figured someone out there might be a Blue Steels player and like to have some backups for cheap. Shipping is $5.

.80 A
.40 G

ill take them...ill just boil one of my old strings to complete the set when im ready...i really like blue steels for some reason...

Try wiping down your old strings with denatured alcohol, seams to work better than boiling IMO.
