Jazz Neck

I got this neck in a trade. I was told it was a Made in Japan 80's Fender neck but I'm not sure about that. it has a little over spray on the headstock and there are no makings on the neck other then PJ 455 on the back of the neck where it fits into the body pocket. With that said, this is a pretty nice neck. It looks like it might be a Korean Squire neck from the 80's that someone put a Fender decal on. But I'm not 100% on that. Rod works perfectly frets have a lot of life to them and it's a really nice rosewood slab fingerboard. So if you need a good Jazz neck and your on a budget, this is a good deal. Sold pending payment

Replied

The frets on this neck are more like what is on a Fender 62 reissue. Thiner then a medium jumbo fret.

Also I got some information from a fellow TB'er that this neck could be off of a 80's fender PJ style Bass.

Seems like it could be an 80s MIJ Fender bass neck. Having the truss adjustment at the heel and those tuners look identical to the type on my '85 Fender Jazz Special, which has PJ-555 stamped on the heel.

If someone else doesn't buy it soon I might be interested, I have an 80s Fender P/J body that needs a neck

3rd in line...

Can't hurt, right?
I have an old MIJ body that would be very happy to meet this neck.
