Bought this a few weeks ago via Craigslist, as it was advertised as an Allparts P-bass neck. I bought sight unseen, as the price was hard to pass up. When I got it, it turns out it's a J-bass neck (1.5" at the nut), which is what I was trying to move away from. Also, unlike every Allparts neck I've ever seen, there are no markings on it. So, I have no idea if it actually is Allparts or not, but it feels like a very well made neck. It appears to be tinted, and the finish on the back of the neck and headstock looks great. On the front of the headstock, it looks as though some of the finish may have settled into the grain of the wood. You can see it up close in the right light, but from a foot or two away it's unnoticeable. Truss rod access is at the heel of the neck. No matter the brand, this is a great-feeling, solid, well-made neck. Asking
