All i know its a 3 band, cut/boost, it came out of a early Benavente Vortex 5 w/ Dimarzio Ultra Jazz pups. It has a very clean modern sound. You should be able to get more info from Brian @ lowend as well i would think.,

There is master vol , blend, bass, mid, treble, pots and 3 DPDT switches, Mute, active/passive, and series/parallel

Does it have a blend for a two pickup bass?? Are there pots included??

You could rewire it any number of ways though. John was very helpful and is most reachable my email.

These were made for them like 8 years ago and went thru custom tweaks on each order. I would t be able to tell you much about it unless you sent it to me, otherwise contact Benavente, they wired them up, I just supplied the main circuit

Does it work and are all the wires wired properly?

yes when i pulled it out all was working fine. None of the pots were scratchy
