Pickups are in Excellent condition and are labeled on the back on that little white piece of tape as ADX5 (R) and ADX5--F
Maybe the same as Ibanez used or uses?

These were made in the Korean factory that made Fender 24s, Lakland, Ibanez, Nicer Corts, and other high quality basses. Sadly Keith went out of business but Brawley Basses are excellent values if you can find one; these pickups would made someone a nice replacement.
Passive and comes with the preamp which may or may not work. It did before I took it out but Consider it a freebie. No diagrams.

Price drop..........got a trade? These are pretty good pickups........not EMG or Barts.........but you could do a lot worse. I think somebody said they were called Golden Crowne?
