No - Compressors are a different string. Compressors are pressure wound the Slick Rounds are ground wound. The slick wounds are closer to flats.

Guages?

I didn't know that smith made a ground wound string...I'm curious to try something other than the D'addario half-wound strings.
what are the gauges on these?
Thanks,
Greg

My 2 cents- these are great! Sonic thickness of flats with just enough snap if you goose 'em. Cheap too, at least they are here.

I'm going to try a 5 string set. They have a taper core B 130.

why?

Do you need some specific information or do you just not believe me? You can see by my feedback that I'm an honest seller.

If you are serious about buying them I'll do it.

It's not insulting it's just a lot of rigamaroll if you are not going to buy. They look very similar to D'addario ground wounds
