I have for sale a set of very lightly used Kent Armstrong split tube/lipstick Jazz bass pickups. Models JBLF-1 and JBLR-1. Alnico 5 bar magnets and according to the web information pickup resistance should be 10.3K for both pickups. Full length leads. To my ear these are warmer, fuller, and slightly louder sounding when compared to standard USA Fender Jazz pickups. Like Fender USA Jazz pickups they are slightly different in length, additionally the bridge pickup is reverse wound/reverse polarity so they cancel hum when used together. WD Music sells these for $96.88 each. $120 for the pair, shipped, PayPal ok. Not interested in any trades at this time. |
