Korg G5, EP1, CAE V-comp, Trilogic, Chandler Tube Driver and Noll TCM3

I've gotta a few items for sale. All are now unused due to the installation of an Eventide multieffect in my rack.

1) Pigtronix EP1 (phaser/envelope filter), with the Marvmod (you can use both effect simultaneously) and the up/down switch mode. Never been gigged, played a few rehearsal and put back in it's box. Comes with 12volts adaptor, the original box and manual. 150.00 +shipping

2) A Chandler Tube Driver rackmount, tube pre and overdrive. A friend gave it to me 20 years ago, I left it in a box and totally forgot about it. When I read the opinion of TB GearMaster Tom Bowlus about it, a few months ago, I decided to give it a try. Stayed no more two months plugged, total. But like so many I've seen, one yellow cap is missing on a button...

Comes with a stereo footswitch (on/off-boost), a 20' stereo cable, and a little switchbox : 1 stereo 1/4 to 2 mono 1/4 (needed to switch on the boost and/or bypass cause the two switches on the unit don’t seem to work. Should be a piece of cake for someone with some soldering iron skills – I don’t have any…). 130 +shipping

3) Korg G5 synth, used but in good condition (no original box but I downloaded the manual). A classic analog synth with 9 presets. 280$ + shipping

4) SOLD CAE V-Comp. Tube compressor, recommended by THE expert here on TB, Bongomania. 150$ +shipping

5) Xotic Trilogic preamp, 18v pedal preamp; selectable mid freq; passive and active inputs. Older model, battery powered only but with extensive battery life. 150$+ shipping. I had the project of adding an AC connector. I’ve got the 18 volt power adaptor (Dunlop) if interested in making the mod.

6) SOLD Noll onboard 3-band parametric EQ : Vol., Blend, and a three-band parametric. Each band control is a stacked pot with the boost/cut on top and the frequency sweep on the bottom (18V preamp). Bought it almost 3 years ago here on TB but it did not fit the bass it was meant for (an old – 1987 - Modulus TBX 5). It sits in a box since…See the details here
http://www.noll-electronic.de/sites_e/tcm_3p.html 120.00$ + shipping

Charles

Hey, is the CAE that unbranded prototype that I sold, or is it one with the CAE brand on it?

Hey Bongo! The comp is wrap up in a box since a year but, yeah, I'm pretty sure it's the unbranded prototype. I'll check that up tomorrow!

Either way it's an awesome unit. I'm tempted to buy it back.

I know what you mean. I've been in doubt about selling it cause I know how great it sounds but...it's been a year in a box so that says a lot about my need regarding compression...

A pic of the Tube Driver and the little kit that comes with it. This is an old pic I had. If you need more, I'll have them done this week-emd. Could not get a pic of the Comp (camera problem...) I'll get a camera tomorrow...

Ok, the only inscriptions on the comp are: TC-1 Tube compressor. Maybe Bongo could tell us if it's the prototype he's referring to. I'll get pics tomorrow of that unit and of the other pedals.

Yes, that's what was marked on mine, so I'd bet it's the same unit. I'd snap it back up except I have seriously overspent this week already. But if it's still here after my next paycheck, I may grab it.

Pics are taken but now I miss the "%&** cable to download them to my computer...Tomorrow, tomorrow.

As for the comp, it uses a 30W, 9v AC power adaptor (shipped with the unit). I don't know if the pedal could be powered by a power supply like the brick or a Voodoo Lab...

I don't have a power supply but it can be powered by any 9v standard power supply (DC 9V 400mA says the manual). I used to power it through my boss tuner (TU2). I've got the manual in PDF. It does sound good...but I had no use for it in the 8 years I've owned it so, it's time for it to get some playing time!
