Loaded Squier VM Precision Bass neck

Squier Vintage Modified P-bass neck I bought for a project that never came together. Fully loaded with tuners, string tree, nut, neckplate, bolts. Fingerboard is very clean with a tiny bit of fretwear on the first two frets but none otherwise. Some surface scratches on headstock, I guess from wild string-ends? (see photo #2). Neck is straight and will intonate properly. Fits great into the Jazz body I'm selling in another thread. $75 shipped Priority Mail, CONUS only.

How accurately can you measure the pocket end of the neck? I have a P bass body that's pocket is a little larger than normal, and need a thick ended neck.

While I can't speak for jlane72t's neck, I have a Squier VM Precision, and the neck is exactly 2.494" wide at the heel.

Jeez, I can put my typical tape measure up against it, but I wouldn't expect a reliable figure anywhere close to Mickey's accuracy.
