In excellent condition with no major dings, scratches etc. Works 100%. Comes with original box, USB cable and manual. I tried to find the CD with the Ableton software but can't seem to locate it. I think it did not make it back when I loaned the unit to my son a few months ago...Kids! The paper with the Ableton serial number is still in the box..So, I talked to M-Audio support and they said the trial version of Ableton Live Lite can be downloaded and you can use the serial number in the box to make it a full version.
