P-width neck. Measures just a hair under 1 5/8 at the nut. The person I got it from mounted it on a Fender and drilled the holes, put on the tuners and sold it, I don't see any play wear at all, looks brand new. It is missing 3 of the small screws for the tuners, the holes are drilled but alas, no screws (3rd pic shows one of the missing screw, the other 2 on the top tuner). I'm gonna let it go for less than I paid for it since it is missing the screws and I really don't have the time to mess with it.
