It is 4-1/16" x 1-1/2" x 3/4" - 11K Ohms. It is labeled DXH1 (F) on the bottom.
I was real anxious to try this in my Artcore bass to replace the lo-impedance pickup, but I measured wrong and it doesn't fit.
