This is an older (circa 2000) MIM Fender fretless jazz neck.
I had it professionally refinished in
satin nitrocellulose lacquer. I dated the neck heel 1-29-01 the day I took it in.
Also, the original decals were removed and replaced with a vintage style Fender decal. Fingerboard edges have been rolled. No dead spots. Feels like a great vintage neck.
This neck is in near perfect shape: no big dings or scratches, feels great and plays like butter (nitro on the back of the neck is wearing nicely... feels good). Fingerboard exhibits no wear (bass was always strung with tape wounds). Truss rod works perfectly.
Comes fully loaded, ready to go with the exception of a string tree.
