series /parallel thing you find on Nordstrand Dealers.
The right question would be If They are
*WIRED/thought/optimized* For series , or parallel thing.
It's barely the number of the Wires /winding.
Usually for what i read they are optimized for parallel thing.
I'm sure you know but that can help antontanzil and others to know . |

If they are 18 spacing they were custom ordered that way standard Nordstrand spacing on 4 and 5string pups is 19.

I just sent a query at the nordstrand website to find out for sure tho.
So, what he said... are they standard or custom?

There are some special orders Roscoe basses with 19mm spacing like mine, but it cost extra. Roscoe uses a Bart P4 style pickup in both the 5 and 6 string basses.
Stock Roscoe spacing
4 string 19mm
5 string 18.5mm
6 string 18.3mm
