good idea Tom, i was thinking about puting then on ebay

i installed a set in a strat a few months ago, it sounds exatly like the fender custom shop pups but with cleaner bass and mids with sweeter highs...

Some buters, didn't pay what do reserve so there are some wood pieces coming back on the market.

1 swamp ash body
1 sapele body
all tops are available
if you take them all i'll pay shipping for pieces of wood....

A quick question clarification for Frank, using the link you provided:

Is the bottom fibre layer on the strat pickups red, grey or black?

red - overwound - hot sound
grey - standard - balanced sound
black - underwound - bright 'n chimey
