Nordstrand NJ5S pickups - custom w/soapbar covers! NOW $175

Hi All,

Up for sale is this pair of Nordstrand NJ5S pickups.
These are Nordstrand's well-known hum-cancelling
J-bass pickups, for 5-string.

These are unusual, however, as they are custom made
to fit into a soapbar cover. The shape is changed slightly,
and there is a very cool custom insert for the cover
that allows the pickup to slide back and forth, so you
can fine-tune the location with about 3/4" of range.

This is a great way to get a true J-style sound in your
soapbar-routed 5-string.

Put these in your Lakland 55-01, Cort Elrick, etc....they will
fit the MK1 route as well as the common P2 shape.

These pickups were ordered for a customer, but his needs
were better met by a different type of pickup.

NJ5S pickups usually sell for $239 new.
These would be even more expensive due to the custom
cover option.

These are Bartolini P2 size shells, which measure 4.25" x 1.25"

The covers are black plastic, closed top, no logo.
