Exclamation Nordstrand NP5 P5 pickup, cheap!

SOLD

I got this one in a Sadowsky PJ5 I recently picked up, but it's the standard NP5, not the Sadowsky custom NP5. It's got a crack in one of the plastic pickup covers and shows some finger wear, but works absolutely perfectly and has plenty of wire on it. These sell new for $130-150, but I'll let this one go for $65 shipped/48 and paypal'd just because the plastic covers show the wear and tear.

Not much from what I can tell, because it's not a night/day diff, and it's impossible to A/B since I only have one PJ5. In retrospect, I probably wasted some money, but I'm kinda' "that way" when it comes to wanting the branded versions in the bass... even if it wasn't a big tonal change. For example, I still have the original pickup set that came with the bass, and I'll probably never sell them even if I never put them back in.

Bottom line is, it's a GREAT pickup... seriously.

I was just looking for
brighter/darker
more/less output
Size difference- if any (I'm looking at using this to change a metro MV5 into a P/J was going to use my pickguard off my NY P/J5 to act as a starting template,)

Man, what a deal! Wish I needed this...but I've already got the NP5 in two basses -- one in a FrankenFender and the other in a Nordy VJ5 (arrives today).

Bump for a great pickup!
