From the 90s reissues. Got it for my JS-II, but the spacing for the two anchor bolts is wrong. Will post measurements and pics after work.

60 USD including shipping to US. Other locations please inquire.

EDIT: Mounting holes (2) measure 27mm between, ~35mm center to center of each hole. Each hole is 7mm wide. 42mm between the farthest points. My ruler is not scientific (got it at an art store), but is pretty accurate.

Pics.

Asking price includes shipping, which, if you had gotten it in the US comes to about 10 bucks more than you'd have paid. So I'm trying to break even. I guess this is what I get for jumping the gun before heading home and measuring out the anchor position!

I don't think so. I put one of these on my '70s M85 and had to drill.

Just helping out, hope the OP doesn't mind.

Not at all, please chime in. Sorry about not posting measurements yet, it's been a busy weekend. I'll see if I can get them up today.

Includes allen wrench for adjusting height and intonation, and two mounting screws sized for the holes provided.

Feels like chromed brass, not a light bridge.
