one final round of bass tops crazy curly maple

I have one more pile of boards thats turning into guitar tops. These are my best curly maple boards, super figured, with hints of spalt super tight graint curl, etc. The pictures are just small sections of these boards.

the next pair is a little thinner at just over 5/16 thick sanded to 80 grit (has some sanding lines but will come out with next grit down... looking 40 shipped each these have some beautiful spalted maple with high curl (this board posting is just the first of a few that I have from this board) over 18" wide!

the final board
is roughly 1/2" thick 15" wide and has some beautiful redish curly maple in the moddle, some great spalt and some crazy lighter curly maple on the outter sides 40 shipped

will take 150 shipped for all 4 boards!

bump still available... a couple more didn't end up being shipped out due to crazy overseas shipping costs

this is the best most unique piece of spalt I have ever found... has the looks of a face in the black lined spalt

the redwood has some longer checks (I have two of these boards) they were stored over 50 years ago by my great grandfather... This was found in his shop a few years ago (he had been working with exotic woods and lumber for over 85 years, he passed away at 100)... Been airdrying for 50+ years...

note: the redwood is not checked, thos black lines are burns from my sandpaper on my drum sander, these burn marks are no longer in the wood!
