Peavey TL-5 onboard preamp, three bands of eq master volume and pan. It is attached to a circuit board so you would need to have a fairly large control cavity unless you want to do some routing.

There are a few different versions of this.. combined with VFLs will give you a punchy and even tone.

Thanks, I am not sure which model it is. I did a trade for a TL-5 that already had a Bart pre in it but I am not sure how one would tell what model TL-5 it is.
