Peavey Tour 450 Bass Amp head, $250, shipped. 450 watts @ 4 ohms. I've had it for maybe 5 or 6 years and never any problems. I don't play that often anymore and just need to get rid of some equipment I don't use.
Works as it should, very flexible and adjustable amp. It's been in a rack for most of it's life.
