will try to get you some up tonight. yes it can be used with headphones. has the head phone jack on the front. Also has the ability to send left & right signals in addition to the headphones jack. I used it at one point when running multiple basses that had very different outputs. Balanced the signals via the 4 input channels and had a nice even transition between basses live.

Does the mixer have any functionality problems at all? Any pots scratchy? I'm not all too concerned with looks just that it works good.
