Pulled this out of a used Lakland 55-01 I just got and put in a Nordstrand preamp.
It has the preamp, volume (p/p), blend, bass mid, treble, a switch, and the jack. One 9V battery hook-up is installed, it was run for 18V in the 55-01 but used the onboard 9V compartment of the bass which is obviously still attached to the bass. I'm including a separate one that is not attached and has about an inch to work with on the wires. From what I understand, these do operate on 9V and if you need a longer battery hook-up it's under $2 at your local electronics store.
I think the switch is set up for mid-sweep. it changed the tone but not a whole lot. I'm contributing that more to the Bartolini MK1's that were running through it but in the sake of full disclosure, I don't know for sure.
The preamp otherwise is fully functional and sounded great despite the pick-ups. I'm including the preamp, battery thingies and jack as listed above, pots, nuts, washers that came out with it. All you need is pick-ups, knobs, a battery, the schematic, a soldering iron, some electrical tape, know-how and a bass to put in and you should be good to go.
Let's say $85 shipped to the 48 and go from there.
