Project body and neck for sale

Sign in to disble this ad
SOLDI have a Squier Jazz body that is partially stripped down to the bullet proof poly and then some. I bought it as it sits for a project that I am passing on and it is in the way. There are weak spots in the poly and some chips. The poly will have to be removed and take the body down to bare wood. I am fairly certain this is an Alder body, but do not quote me on that....
$40.00 (OBO) shippedSOLD

Jay Turser Neck with rosewood fretboard, bought for same project....sold to me - condition listed as very good, truss rod works. Also note in the photos in the next post, there are no screw holes on the back of the headstock or the heel of the neck! The neck has the factory nut installed. The nut is 1 5/8 wide and the neck is very comfortable. It would work well as a Jazz or a P neck I think. I never installed the neck, it was un packed and set on a shelf.
$40.00 (OBO) shippedSOLD

pics in next post...

The body photos show clearly that there is some pitting in the poly. this is a used, partially stripped body in the condition I received it in. It is a solid body and has no real flaws other than the poly will need to be stripped.

The neck photos show there is a small chip in the rosewood above the nut and another very minor, cosmetic chip at the base of the heel on the pocket side. these are cosmetic issues at best. The rosewood board is beautiful on this neck!
