Hi Folks,
For sale is a Roland/Boss BR-600 digital recorder. This is a really cool box, with eight tracks (up to 64 v-tracks), effects, and drums, it's a neat way to get into home recording. Here are a couple of links that explain things better than I could offer:
Roland U.S. - BR-600: Digital Recorder BOSS BR-600 Digital Recorder :: Overview
FYI, this box has been discontinued and replaced by the BR-800. So, finding new comparison pricing isn't possible. However, FWIW, I paid $279 when I bought, and then added the A/C adapter and two 1GB compact flash cards. (One last FYI - this technology is a bit dated, and 1GB is the largest capacity card the box will recognize...and it wasn't fun trying to find 1GB cards that would work. The two included are Kingston cards.)
So, nitty gritty. Here's a pic, fresh out of the oven:
Here's a list of everything included:
BR-600
A/C adapter
USB cable
Two Kingston 1GB CF cards, one in the box, one extra
Carrying bag
Condition is good. There is some light scratching on the LCD display, and the carrying bag is a bit dusty. I no longer have the original box, nor the manuals. However, this is still supported by Roland, and updates & manuals can be downloaded here:

Everything works (tested this morning) and the box is ready for use. If you're interested, here are some samples I recorded:
BR-600 - Stolen Moments - all tracks w/ Roscoe bass BR-600 - imported file w/ Roscoe fretless on top
It's a fun tool, and with all of the effects and the drum machine, it's great for pre-pro, sharing ideas, etc.
