I think I'd like to buy a set of the 66s. I've never had any - do you have any idea how nasty they are on the fingers?

I have kissable fingers and want to keep them that way. (Maybe I shouldn't have said that. Was that an 'outside word'?)

There pretty smooth feeling strings , not harsh on the finger tips. I think roto's are a brand of strings everyone should try , I know alot of people who swear by them.

Honestly I just use anything random usually old strings from basses i part out , these were a promotional thing i got from work , i have only ever bought one pair of bass strings in my life and that was a set of rotos years ago.

Its important to note those are the nickel rotos, which feel very nice and sound quite similar to the steel version and overall make for a great sounding nickel. a lot more mid bark than something like a d'addario.

the steel version its rough at first, but they smooth out after some use. They also have a special upper mid chime that the nickels don't have. and they have a bit more low mid punch.

I switch up depending on my mood, but nothing besides roto nickel or steel goes on my Jaguar.

OK - I'll buy the box of the Boomers. Gacccck! I'm a string whore!

PM me or I'll PM you - but I gotta go rewire an electrical distribution panel for a contractor friend today and tomorrow, so I'll be busy for the next two days - OK? .
