This is the highly regarded "Teach me Bass Guitar" course, taught by Roy Vogt. He's an amazing teacher. I purchased this new back in December with the intention of dropping some bad habits and identifying the weak spots in my playing. It has more than answered questions I had about theory and scale modes in particular. If you've been playing a while, it will improve on what you've already learned- if you are a relative beginner, it will teach you excellent habits and how music works in relation to bass.
