At the Sadowsky store, 5 string sets are $30.50 plus shipping in the Sadowsky store.

I have several fresh unopened sets you can have for $23/shipped, saving you over $7 a set, and the cost of shipping!

thx-alan

or...I'd trade for Sadowsky Blue Stainless

No sir, not as far as the nickels go

When i bought my Sadowsky RV5-PJ, I got one set of each of Sadowsky's 4 kinds to try on it. I thought stainless strings took away from the P nature of things, but that the black nickels maintained the most aggressiveness.

However, me and the PJ thing have never bonded, and I flipped that bass.

All my main gigging basses are JJ's and I mostly prefer stainless on a JJ.
For the SAdowskys, I like the blue stainless.

Hope that wasn't too long of an answer!
