|  | May The FORCE Be With YOU | | Join Date: Sep 2004 Location: Middle Tennessee | | | I had the same problem with some screws breaking off on a Fender neck. If you take a drill bit the same size (mm) as the screw made to drill through metal, you can drill the broken screw into metal dust, then take a wooden dow (spelling??) the same size as the hole and glue it in the hole, use a razor or knife and even the dow with the headstock wood and "SHAAZAM" good as new!!!!!!!!!
