21 frets, i can get better pict later and possible measurements as im not too familiar with measurements...it has the string nut,has 4 holes in the back from a mount nothing unusual no extra drills or re-drills or abuse of any type!

was told this might be a Robert Deleo signature model neck ...but cant confirm..
