Title says it all Basslines Humbucker, in very nice shape. Bought here tried it and decided to use something more vintage.

I don't think so. It is passive. Maybe I gave the wrong model number, I bought it used here. BUT IT IS PASSIVE NOT ACTIVE.

I thought the SUB used the passive pickup with the active preamp? Maybe I am wrong but will research unless someone else can chime in.

stingray or sub without a coil tap switch like the sterlings have may have to have the body routed for the third coil underneath. check out the side view.
